
The Georgia Tech Women in Engineering program is excited to announce the 21st annual Engineering Career Conference (ECC) for current female junior and senior high school students. ECC is designed to give high school girls information about the multiple engineering disciplines offered at Georgia Tech to help them decide if they'd like to study engineering in college.
This year's ECC will be held in person, Thursday October 20, 2022. Masks are strongly encouraged, but not required.
Program Design
Over the course of a day, prospective female students will hear directly from Georgia Tech's world-renowned faculty and current Tech students about the 11 undergraduate engineering majors offered at Georgia Tech:
- Aerospace Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering
- Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering
- Civil Engineering
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Environmental Engineering
- Industrial & Systems Engineering
- Materials Science & Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Nuclear & Radiological Engineering
In addition, attendees will meet with Georgia Tech admissions counselor over lunch to find out about the Institute's admissions process and the academic requirements necessary to succeed in engineering programs.
Registration
The non-refundable registration fee for Engineering Career Conference is $40, which covers all materials as well as breakfast and lunch for everyone attending in person. Please note, we cannot accommodate check payments, group registrations, or discount registrations. We apologize for any inconvenience.
