One of the best ways to make good decisions in college is to seek the advice of a mentor, someone who has already navigated the same experiences you're having.  Since a mentor has already walked the path you’re embarking on, she can offer unique insights and guidance to prevent you from getting lost or missing opportunities.

To that endeavor, Women in Engineering runs three mentoring programs, assisting students in finding the right mentor in each phase of their academic careers.
